How to access pakhoki on mobile

We offer three paths to access our platform on mobile devices. Android users download a native APK installer from our website; iOS users open Safari or another mobile browser and navigate to pakhoki.app; web users on any device can bookmark our responsive web app. All three paths use your same pakhoki account — your username, password, deposit balance, game history, and linked payment methods are synchronized across all devices.

Native app vs. browser: what you gain

Our native Android app offers features that a browser experience cannot easily replicate. Push notifications alert you to slot tournament events, live-market shifts during Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia matches, and account security changes; the app caches game assets locally so Aviator and Fortune Tiger launch faster on slower connections; and the app isolates your pakhoki account from browser cookies, reducing exposure to credential-stealing scripts. On iOS, the mobile browser provides near-identical functionality but relies on Safari's connection to the internet and does not benefit from local caching.

The web platform (pakhoki.app on desktop, tablet, or mobile browser) remains our universal access path. It requires no installation, updates automatically, and works on any device with a standards-compliant browser. Choose the native app if you value push notifications and offline game loading; choose the browser if you prefer no installation overhead or use iOS exclusively. Your account balance, deposit and withdrawal history, and game statistics are synchronized in real-time across all three access methods.

Device compatibility and system requirements

Our pakhoki Android app requires Android 7.0 or later and a minimum of 100 MB free storage. Devices with Android 5.0–6.9 can still access pakhoki through the mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet) without installing the app. iOS users need iOS 12 or later on iPhone or iPad; earlier iOS versions can sometimes access the web platform but are not officially supported. For desktop access, we recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge on Windows, macOS, or Linux. All browsers should have JavaScript enabled and cookies/local storage permitted for account login and game state to persist.

Troubleshooting installation and login issues

If you encounter errors during Android APK installation, the most common cause is that "Unknown sources" is disabled in Settings. After toggling it on (Settings > Security > Unknown sources), retry the installation. If you see a certificate-trust warning, this is a normal security check for third-party APK files; confirm the certificate fingerprint with our support team before proceeding. On iOS Safari, if pakhoki.app loads slowly or does not refresh correctly, clear your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data), close Safari completely, and reopen it. If login fails across any device, verify that your email and password are correct, check that Caps Lock is off, and clear any saved incorrect passwords from your browser's password manager.

Data, permissions, and account security on pakhoki

Our native Android app requests standard permissions: internet access (to connect to our servers), storage access (to cache game assets), and notification permission (to send tournament and market alerts). We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS; your login credentials, payment methods, and game history are never logged to your device's unencrypted storage. Our servers isolate each account's data in segregated databases protected by standard access controls. If you uninstall the app, your account and balance remain intact; reinstalling the app and logging in with your credentials restores full access.

Payment methods on mobile

pakhoki's deposit and withdrawal flows on mobile support all eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and the major Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed in real-time; withdrawals are queued for batch processing and typically complete within standard business hours. Both native app and browser access use the same payment APIs, so your experience is consistent regardless of platform. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for large withdrawals and is completed once during account setup; you can supply documents via in-app upload or email.
