Android users download a native APK installer from our website; iOS users open Safari or another mobile browser and navigate to pakhoki.app; web users on any device can bookmark our responsive web app. All three paths use your same pakhoki account — your username, password, deposit balance, game history, and linked payment methods are synchronized across all devices.

iOS users: browser-based access

We do not offer an iOS app in the Apple App Store. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad, navigate to pakhoki.app, and use our responsive web platform. Native app vs. browser: what you gain

Our native Android app offers features that a browser experience cannot easily replicate. Device compatibility and system requirements

Our pakhoki Android app requires Android 7.0 or later and a minimum of 100 MB free storage. Troubleshooting installation and login issues

If you encounter errors during Android APK installation, the most common cause is that "Unknown sources" is disabled in Settings. After toggling it on (Settings > Security > Unknown sources), retry the installation. If you see a certificate-trust warning, this is a normal security check for third-party APK files; confirm the certificate fingerprint with our support team before proceeding. On iOS Safari, if pakhoki.app loads slowly or does not refresh correctly, clear your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data), close Safari completely, and reopen it. If login fails across any device, verify that your email and password are correct, check that Caps Lock is off, and clear any saved incorrect passwords from your browser's password manager.

Note: We do not store your password on our servers and cannot reset it for you. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to receive a reset email at your registered address. This email is sent immediately and should arrive within a few minutes.

Data, permissions, and account security on pakhoki

Our native Android app requests standard permissions: internet access (to connect to our servers), storage access (to cache game assets), and notification permission (to send tournament and market alerts). We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS; your login credentials, payment methods, and game history are never logged to your device's unencrypted storage. Our servers isolate each account's data in segregated databases protected by standard access controls. If you uninstall the app, your account and balance remain intact; reinstalling the app and logging in with your credentials restores full access.
