Account Eligibility and Registration

When you open an account on pakhoki, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you reside in a location where our services are permitted by law. We do not offer access in jurisdictions where online gaming, sports wagering, or lottery participation is prohibited. If you reside in a restricted area, you must not attempt to access pakhoki; doing so may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You must provide accurate contact information when registering. We use your email and phone number to send account notifications, verify withdrawals, and communicate about security issues. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

If we find no error, the original settlement stands.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension is temporary; closure is permanent. Upon closure, your remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method within seven business days.

Prohibited conduct includes: using automated software, colluding with other players, exploiting system errors, money laundering, or accessing pakhoki from a restricted jurisdiction. Any of these actions triggers immediate account review and likely closure.

If your account is suspended or closed, you may appeal via email within 30 days. We will review the circumstances and communicate our decision within seven business days. Appeals are not guaranteed to overturn closure.

Limitation of Liability

We at pakhoki provide our platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absence of bugs, or error-free gameplay. While we maintain security standards and regularly audit our systems, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber attacks or data breaches. We maintain insurance and reserve accounts to cover player balances in the event of a catastrophic system failure.

We are not liable for indirect losses (lost opportunity, emotional distress, lost wages) arising from your use of pakhoki. Our liability is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the claim. By using pakhoki, you accept these limitations.

These pakhoki terms are binding when you create an account. We may update them at any time; we will notify you via email and in-app notice. Continued use of pakhoki implies acceptance of the updated terms.
